I also recently ran a couple online scans (F-Secure Health Check and BDSCANONLINE) nothing was found outside of my need to update some programs. I regularly run Spybot - Search & Destroy / Ad-Aware SE Personal and recently ran AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5. One oddity, my wife is unable to access her employee email system through Outlook Web Access (it just says "loading") for her work on her desktop but can access it using my desktop and web browser.
